We work closely with coffee farmers to enhance quality, sustainability, and profitability. Our programs help them improve coffee processing techniques, increase market access, and achieve better pricing.

Coffee Processing Training – Teaching best practices in post-harvest handling, fermentation, drying, and storage to improve quality.
Quality Control & Cupping Sessions – Helping farmers understand coffee defects, taste profiles, and how to produce high-quality specialty coffee.

Derick is a Q Grader, Q processor, barista, and passionate coffee educator dedicated to improving Uganda’s coffee industry through training, quality control, and sustainability

Administration

Birungi is the backbone of Coffee Minds Hub’s daily operations, ensuring efficiency in administration while fostering a warm and engaging learning environment. As a passionate barista, she combines her love for coffee with a deep commitment to sustainability and customer service

Kambale Anthony Syahipuma

Head of Communications & Trainer

Anthony leads our communications, managing social media and content. A skilled barista trainer and photographer, he blends his passion for coffee, nature, and empowerment to inspire and educate.
