We work closely with coffee farmers to enhance quality, sustainability, and profitability. Our programs help them improve coffee processing techniques, increase market access, and achieve better pricing.

  • Coffee Processing Training – Teaching best practices in post-harvest handling, fermentation, drying, and storage to improve quality.
  • Quality Control & Cupping Sessions – Helping farmers understand coffee defects, taste profiles, and how to produce high-quality specialty coffee.
  • Sustainable Farming & Climate Adaptation – Providing training on regenerative agriculture, soil health, water conservation, and climate-smart techniques.

Birungi is the backbone of Coffee Minds Hub’s daily operations, ensuring efficiency in administration while fostering a warm and engaging learning environment. As a passionate barista, she combines her love for coffee with a deep commitment to sustainability and customer service

Head of Communications & Trainer

Anthony leads our communications, managing social media and content. A skilled barista trainer and photographer, he blends his passion for coffee, nature, and empowerment to inspire and educate.
